With years of experience working both as an Executive Coach and a Senior HR Consultant, she is passionate about creating a work environment in which people can thrive and actualize their potential.

She leads the evaluation, development and implementation of the strategies that drive the values, mission and goals of the organization forward.

A mother, avid reader, and long-life learner, she loves to work out, do yoga, and spend time in Nature with her son and loved ones.
